To request a ride with MoviSur, you open the app, type where you are going, look at the price on screen and confirm. That number does not change afterwards: it is what you pay when you get out. Three steps, with nothing hidden in between.
1. You say where you are going
Type the address or drop it on the map. It works the same within your city as towards the next one, so a ride from Cañadón Seco to Caleta Olivia is requested exactly like one six blocks away.
2. You see the price before confirming
This is where it differs from calling a remis. The price appears on screen before you confirm, not once you have already got out. No "more or less", and no surcharges that turn up later.
On the same screen you choose how to pay:
- Cash
- Card
- Digital wallet
3. You follow the ride until you arrive
Once confirmed, you see who is coming, in what car and how long until they arrive. During the ride you follow the route on the map. When you get out, you rate it.
Who is driving you
Every driver goes through verification before they can work: we check their ID, criminal record, a licence authorising passenger transport, and an insurance policy covering passengers. A private car insurance policy is not enough.
The driver is also from your own city. Not someone who came from elsewhere to work a shift.
What you need to get started
Download the passenger app and create your account. It is free and commits you to nothing. You can have it ready before 1 November 2026, when rides start, and on the first day all you have to do is open it.

Can the price change during the ride?
No. The number you see before confirming is what you pay.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes. You choose how to pay on the same screen where you confirm the ride: cash, card or digital wallet.
Do I need a card to create an account?
No. Creating an account is free and does not ask for a payment method.
From when can I request rides?
From 1 November 2026. The app can already be downloaded, but rides switch on that day.
